Enjoy the new Polywood chairs on the front porch and enjoy the evenings grilling under the house with a built-in bar hang out area. Dog-friendly (pet fee $35 per day sent separately from the initial booking). The lithium 6-seater golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee. Free beach parking with the cart! Weekly Rate $425. Less than 7 nights booking $60 a day. All beds are made up prior to your arrival (sheets/comforter/pillows). OUTDOOR SPACE: Enjoy the new outdoor bar area with seating while playing cornhole on the Margaritaville boards or grilling. Giant size connect four for evening fun. Six beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach buggy, kids sand toys and beach toys (Kan Jam, Spike ball) available for use. Try out the new polywood chairs on the deck.

Linens are provided for your stay. Pet-friendly - Fees Apply - 2 dogs maximum (inquiry for additional pets). Pet fee is $35 per day. This fee covers both pets. The pet fee must be paid prior to check-in and anyone who does not disclose their pet is in violation of the house rules. No Smoking! $250 refundable security deposit. Refunded 1-2 days after checkout pending no damage to the property. Renter is responsible for any additional damage over $250 if an incident does occur. Check in - 3pm Check out – 10:00am
